Control Instrumentation
 Electro-Flow Controls has been
providing Well Control Instrumentation (WCI) to the global
offshore drilling industry for more than 15 years. EFC's WCI has
proved its worth on numerous occasions during well control
incidents.
The WCI package is a real
speciality of EFC, adding value to the Choke Control System of any
rig. The family of systems can be integrated, combined or provided
on a stand-alone basis.
The 2 key equipment elements
comprise:
- Finescale Gauges (FSG),
large, high resolution analogue gauges displaying small scale
pressure changes in the Standpipe and Choke & Kill
Manifolds.
- Liquid Seal Monitor (LSM),
provides continuous indication of the integrity of the rig's
Liquid Seal with an audible and visual alarm on loss/reduction
of integrity.

Meter

particularly FSG's. The EFC Type M25 family of gauges are also
available as single units for use in all hazardous areas.
