EFC's Pump Stroke Counter (PSC)
can be provided as a stand-alone unit or incorporated into
larger choke control or drilling instrumentation system.
The PSC is designed for 2, 3 or
more mud pumps, it displays SPM 1, 2 & 3
simultaneously and Total Strokes with a re-set button. The
system is constructed with Intrinsically Safe ATEX certified
components and is suitable for use within a Zone 1 hazardous
area.
A Typical Pump Stroke Counter
includes:
- Stainless Steel Display
Enclosure
- EExd Processing Enclosure
- Sensor Assemblies (optional,
it may be possible to re-use existing sensors)
5200 (5202)
Pump Stroke Counters are now discontinued. EFC
can support 5200 (5202) PSCs by
providing new batteries /power packs and servicing.
